Clients may request a cancellation of services within 3 days of placing an order, provided work has not yet commenced. For ongoing services such as digital marketing, web development, or software maintenance, cancellations must be requested 3 days before the next billing cycle. Refund Policy

Service-Based Refunds: Since our services involve customized digital solutions, refunds will only be issued in cases where the project has not started or if a clear breach of service agreement occurs. b. Partial Refunds: If a project is partially completed and the client wishes to discontinue, a refund may be provided for the unutilized portion of the service, at the sole discretion of Innovicube. c. Non-Refundable Services: Payments for consultation services, custom software development, subscription-based services, and domain or hosting purchases are non-refundable. d. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited via the original payment method.
